Partners and clients testimonials
Don't just listen to us. This is what our partners and clients say
The workshop exceeded my expectations in both content and delivery. I particularly appreciated the hands-on structure that allowed us to actively apply PyPSA in realistic modelling scenarios. The facilitation team created a collaborative environment where technical professionals and market analysts could learn from each other, something I found both rare and highly enriching. The training made a compelling case for using open-source modelling in African contexts especially where resource constraints limit access to commercial software. I was particularly inspired by the transparency and replicability that open-source platforms like PyPSA offer.

Ntathu Masimula
Senior Environmental Scientist, EskomThe workshop really stretched me - in a good way - as it had been a while since I had done any work involving coding. I do a lot of data visualization and data modelling work in my day-to-day tasks, but not in the way that I saw feasible (and easy) with PyPSA. The course made me more interested in using open-source in energy planning and modelling further. I definitely would like to use it in my work, and it would greatly benefit from a support group and perhaps having 1 or 2 colleagues at work with whom we are working on this on.
