The workshop exceeded my expectations in both content and delivery. I particularly appreciated the hands-on structure that allowed us to actively apply PyPSA in realistic modelling scenarios. The workshop really stretched me - in a good way - as it had been a while since I had done any work involving coding. I do a lot of data visualization and data modelling work in my day-to-day tasks, but not in the way that I saw feasible (and easy) with PyPSA. The course made me more interested in using open-source in energy planning and modelling further. I definitely would like to use it in my work, and it would greatly benefit from a support group and perhaps having 1 or 2 colleagues at work with whom we are working on this on.
